In this pre-recorded (teacher-led) session, Dr Jane Genovese shows students how to get more and better sleep to supercharge their focus, learning, and memory.
Students will learn about the importance of restorative sleep, the negative impacts of sleep deprivation, and the barriers to getting a good night's sleep. Most importantly, students will learn simple strategies to help them sleep better.

She regularly delivers presentations on topics such as effective study habits, combating procrastination, and cultivating better focus. She has degrees in Law and Psychology and a PhD from Murdoch University.
